Cancellation Policy
Appointment Scheduling: All consultations must be scheduled in advance. Payment Terms: Full payment is required to confirm your appointment. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will result in a non-refundable payment. No-Show Policy: If the client does not attend the scheduled appointment without prior notice, the payment will not be refunded. Rescheduling: Appointments rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice can be transferred to a new date at no additional charge. Additional Sessions: Any further advising or follow-up sessions require booking a new appointment with full payment. Service Guarantee: Payments are non-refundable after the consultation, as time and resources are dedicated to preparing for each session.
